The company was founded in 1926 as a result of the passion of Pedaccini Francesco, who came to the world of coffee after the First World War when working as a master roaster in the ancient grocer's shop, Gorier.
He passed this passion on to his children and grandchildren, and today the company still works the coffee manually and entirely traditionally. In this way the company has been able to guarantee a high-quality final product, making it one of the most refined and delicate coffees in Italy.

We pack the coffee with the most modern systems and at the end of the cycle of rest the coffee is bagged and immediately delivered to our sales network.

This is the main phase of the production process. We constantly monitor the temperature and appearance of the coffee, thus keeping the flavours and properties of our blends unchanged.
We store and immediately check the coffee to always guarantee a top-quality product, ensuring that it does not lose the properties conferred by the roasting.
Our packaging plant enables us to pack the product immediately after the storage phase, thus guaranteeing the highest quality of the coffee.
We deliver coffee directly to bars, restaurants and hotels. Thanks to our quality service, we provide the customer with all-round assistance.
In our stores in Grosseto and Fonteblanda, customers have the opportunity to purchase and taste our coffee beans, pods and capsules directly from our lines.
